Exchanges
We cannot exchange licenses. If you purchased the wrong version, you'll need to:
- Reply to your original SIMnet email receipt requesting a refund.
- Purchase the correct version through your SIMnet or GDP site.
Can't you just trade it in or something?
Although we are notorious for having magical powers, we cannot "swap out" or trade licenses. It's complicated. Our team of experts will process your refund - no need to wait, go ahead and purchase the required version. You'll have instant access to the required product.
How does this work?
After your purchase, you received an email with your SIMnet purchase. Look for the email from sales@decasoftware.com. (Helpful hint: On some occasions, the receipt may end up in your spam folder.) The email will look something like this:
Great, I found my receipt!
- Reply to the email stating that you would like a refund. Be sure that your sales receipt is included in the email. Your request will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original card used for purchase.
- Log in to your existing SIMnet account.
- Click on your name.
- Click No, I do not have a code.
- Click Buy Online.
- Accept the license agreement. Click Next.
- Select the product required for your class. Click Next.
- Select your method of payment. Click Next.
- Enter your payment information and click Buy.
- The product will automatically be assigned to your SIMnet username. Check in your account details. If you do not see the change, log out and sign back into your account.
