I had a credit card charge for SIMNET, GDP or DECASOFT. What is this charge from?

If you (or your child) are taking a computer or keyboarding class, it is possible you will see a charge from SIMNET, GDP or DECASOFT. We sell licenses for online Microsoft Office training and keyboarding.

I need technical assistance for the product I purchased. Can you help?

How long does it take to get my refund?

Your refund will be processesed immediatly, but some banks require 7 to 10 business days to credit your account. Please note that your access and grades will not be accessible once the refund is processed.

Where does my refund go?

We make it simple. The refund is issued to the original account you used to purchase the product. If you paid with PayPal check your PayPal balance for the refund, not the PayPal funding source.

I had too many classes this semester and dropped my class. Can I get a refund?

Sure! We understand that life can be busy. As long as the class has been dropped, and it is within 60 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a refund. Reply to your email receipt from deca software stating that you would like a refund, and we will take care of the rest. Please note that your grades will not be accessible on your account (and will not be visible to your instructor) once the refund is processed.

I purchased a license three months ago. Can I still get a refund?

Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. If you are refunded within the 60 day return period, please note that your grades will not be accessible on your account and will not be visible to your instructor.

I finished my class or no longer need SIMnet. Can I still get a refund?

The license is not eligible for a refund.

I purchased the wrong version. Help!

Not to worry, it’s simple. If you purchased the software from deca software:

  1. Find your email receipt from sales@decasoftware.com (Helpful hint: on some occasions, the receipt may end up in your spam folder.)
  2. Reply to the email stating that you would like a refund with the following: “Oops! I purchased the wrong version and would like a refund.” Be sure that your sales receipt is included in the email. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original card used for purchase.
  3. No need to wait any longer – purchase the correct version of the software.
  4. Log in using your original username and password. Do not create a new account.

How do I return my license?

Find your email receipt from sales@decasoftware.com. (Helpful hint: it may be in your spam folder.) Forward the email receipt to sales@decasoftware.com including a message requesting a refund and we will take care of the rest. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

I bought my code from a campus bookstore, Amazon.com, or McGraw-Hill Education. Can you process the refund?
