You are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
Let's make this simple. After your purchase, you should have received an email with your SIMnet purchase. Look for the email from sales@decasoftware.com. (Helpful hint: On some occasions, the receipt may end up in your spam folder.) The email will look something like this:
Reply to the email asking for a refund. Be sure that your Invoice ID is included in the email. We will take care the rest - no further action is required on your part. The request will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original card used for purchase.
If you purchased the software and dropped the class, you are eligible to request a refund. We only ask that requests are submitted within 60 days of purchase. Please note: once the refund is complete, you and/or your instructor will not have access to any grades on your account. If your class is complete, the license is not eligible for a refund.
We can only process requests if licenses were purchased through deca software. If you purchased a code through a campus bookstore or any other location, return to the point of purchase to request a refund.
